This is literally one of the dumbest news stories I have ever seen in my life. As a former flight attendant I can tell you this is nowhere near as rare as you would think but also not even close to dangerous. Go arounds occur often. They knew the plane was on the ground and still on the runway. The pilots and tower gave them time to exit the runway and when they didn’t get off in time they initiated the go around. As for the flight attendants who allegedly said they were “worried” then this was obviously their first week on the job and they should find a new line of work of that worried them. I cannot even begin to estimate the number of go arounds I have done in my career. And yet all those years only one of them was for an emergency situation. This particular story was not only not an emergency but was also not even remotely news worthy. How friggin stupid.
